New York Grill - Norrkoping

The service was terrible. We waited for our quite simple order of beers for half an hour and they came wrong/incomplete. The location is nice though.

Open on Sunday in norrköping, if almost everything else is closed. very helpful service and excellent burger and rider.

Excellent service, friendly waitress. excellent eating

Slightly dry burgers but a nice selection of draft beers. Had two bad experiences with the waiters which pulls down the rating. Without going into detail they seem very inexperienced. I will not return due to the bad service.

Great position in town but... I ordered the Pulled Omph burger, vegetarian option. But I was served Pulled Pork burger instead. I thought it tasted strange but had never tried it there before (Also, it took 45minutes to arrive at the table and by that point I was very hungry). I was curious about the taste so I asked the waiter what I ordered when he came to collect the plates. He said I ordered the Pulled Pork burger. I was obviously upset but did not blame him as it was busy and they seemed short staffed. It happens. I talked to the manager and he was apologetic (refund on Burger, not drink).
