The service is friendly, a lil pricey but everything is now, pretzels not as good as Philadelphia Soft Pretzel Kit but good seeing the youth working they show a good work ethic View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
I was looking to purchase gift cards and was surprised by the lack of control over the cards. When I asked the employee if this was correct, she replied, "This decision was made by our manager, not me." I have never experienced such a lack of control over gift cards before. I will be looking for another restaurant to spend my money at. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant is consistently slow, with usually 4-5 people working behind the counter. There is a lack of urgency and everyone moves slowly. I have waited to see if the service would improve before writing a review, but unfortunately, it has not improved.
Fast and friendly service. A lot of parking available since it's located in a shopping center.
Love Rita's waterice. The prices have gone up but still a nice treat
Better than most ice cream and cones. Decent prices. Walk up window for service, a small area outside of you want to sit. Locals love this place
The service and overall experience at this restaurant were excellent! I really enjoyed it and it has become my new favorite spot.
