This location looks more opened space than other locations where I have been. The service of my mobile phone order was speedy. There was no contact with any staffs so that I don't have any opinion about the service quality of their staff. Because of the reason, it took a little while to find the location of picking up my coffee....so it's four stars. View all feedback.
What Chhaya Dubey doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I'll start by saying the food pictured was delicious. However, this was priced a bit over $10 yet this is the portion. I'm fine with portion control when I'm given the size option, but for that amount I expected a fuller bowl.. All I did in this picture was remove the item from the bag, curse loudly after seeing it, place my fork down and sigh while taking this picture. My son's flatbread pizza also taste noticably s... I am not a big Panera fan, but my coworkers areI usually get a "pick 2" combo for lunch and in winter, I will try a soup with salad.
I mean I genuinely love Panera, it's not a five star quality place but in my opinion it's really yummy comfort food! This place has friendly workers and
Came here for lunch The server who took my order was wonderful He was happy to take my order and make all the modifications I needed.
Food is fantastic, baked goods are fantastic, only the coffee lids are terrible. My coffee is constantly thrown out of the lid and comes everywhere. Please change your lid.
At my last visit here with my mother last Sunday, I wanted to order the Baja Bowl for me as it is the only vegan option on the menu; but they were from the rice quinoa mixture for the bowl. Don't worry? I thought I'd eat somewhere else. In an attempt to be helpful, the cashier called me into the register to help me find other menu options that could be made vegan. With the checkout seemed to be new, she did not have a great understanding of all menu options, so she asked her manager, Diana, if other menu options could be made vegan. Diana was the least helpful, suggesting that I watch the menu for meals with the letter ?V next to them (the letter ?V? on Panera Bread?s menu meant that the meal was vegetarian, not vegan). From this answer I could say that Diana had no effort or care to help her customers, and this lack of care about the nutritional needs of customers and the lack of knowledge of the menu is absolutely foreseeable by a manager! Panera bread must hire managers who put in trouble to actually learn their menu and actually want to help customers with their needs. At any rate, the cashiers still tried their best to help me find vegan options on the menu by pulling out their phone and googling all the ingredients in all Panera Bread?s menu options (like a treasure). And despite the search for meals and the adjustment that they are made vegan for me, the line could still melt my order despite its efforts. Now I will never return to this Panera bread due to its lack of vegan options and lack of effort in a part of the manager, Diana, and the workers on the line.
