Emiliano's Carnitas - Norristown

Terrible service. We arrived and it took us more than 30 minutes waiting, there was the owner and two other employees, no one took the trouble to ask us or lift our order, if they don't want to serve people, say it or close it, it doesn't cost them anything to open their mouths to be friendly . I never come back, if you don't like your job do something else.

My family and I are visiting from California. Our parents are from Mexico, and we have always had awesome carnitas from Michoacan, Mexico, but we were disappointed in Philadelphia until Emilianos. Wow, this place is so Legit! Absolutely the best Mexican food in Philadelphia! I recommend this spot for authentic Mexican food, especially Carnitas!Parking: Just to busyKid-friendliness: Absolutely

Very friendly counter service and they deliver to your table. The carnitas are “perfecto”. We had tacos and the carnitas platter with rice and frijoles. Salsa verde is great. They will delete cilantro upon request. If you like carnitas, this Texan highly recommends this place.

Food is just phenomenal! Carnitas were hot and juicy and not greasy. Sides were delicious and even the tortillas were good! The best part was the service. I called in the order and the lady taking the order made sure to ask me questions so it was right. When my brother went in to pick up, she asked if it was the first time we ordered. She said thank you, hope you enjoy it. She also told come back soon when he was leaving. Just a great overall experience and I definitely will return soon!!

We had a pork tortas and tacos. Pork had this strong smell(not washed properly). Not satisfied at all.
