Crown Fried Chicken - Norristown

I rate this place a 4 stars. The reason is they did a great job renovating. The chicken was good, but the sweet potato pies were undercooked. They didn't offer a military discount, but in a substitute for that, she gave me a free drink. Thank you ?Food: 4/5

The store on West Marshall Street had excellent service and the store was very clean inside. The food was very affordable and soo deliciousFood: 5/5

The food is always Great??, but the service isn't!! I'm always having a problem with just adding 4 Falafels to my chicken and rice. I'm from NYC....and that is just a regular for us. But for the servers, getting upset or not knowing how to add it to the price on the cash register...doesn't make sense?? When I'm coming all the way from Allentown or PhillyI even from the auctions to get there food. Especially Halal. But if your not going have the right customer service I'll just forget this place!! Learn how talk to your customer's. To think in NYC no matter what it is no business is going treat there customers rude!! Just for that today 2/5/23 is last order I place. Bet to make sure I tell people in city council as well!!
