**Dining and Entertainment at Riverwind Casino: A Mixed Bag**
Riverwind Casino offers a blend of dining experiences and entertainment, though opinions vary widely. While recent renovations and improved management have enhanced some restaurant offerings, reviews regarding the buffet and seafood have raised health concerns and complaints about bland flavors. Service has been inconsistent, with long waits reported. However, the renovated Showplace Theater earns praise for its intimate atmosphere and sound quality, drawing in satisfied concert-goers. Despite mixed dining experiences, the casino remains popular for its gaming options and friendly staff, promising fun with a few room for improvements in service and variety.

This is the worst buffet I've ever experienced in the United States, and at $18.99, it was truly disappointing. Although the staff is very friendly, the food is quite unappealing—it tastes like something you'd find in a grocery store, pre-cooked and lacking flavor.
I was really let down by my experience. I paid $20 per person for the Thanksgiving buffet, and I won’t be doing that again. The food selection was very limited, consisting only of turkey and ham with a few side dishes—nothing like what they've provided in the past. Half of the steam tables were empty! I gave it a rating of 1.5 because the staff was friendly, but I won’t be coming back.
The service was awful. We had to wait in line to get inside, and when a family member stepped aside to look for his lost player’s card, we were informed that he would have to start over at the end of the line. This happened just as we were one person away from entering. It honestly felt like their policies were created by elementary school students. We decided to leave and won’t be coming back.
