My niece, her boyfriend and I went into the Pho Winners restaurant about PM January and all the time we were there the staff was really nasty. I had to ask for utensils to eat with. One of the people I went with wanted cornish hen but the staff said they did not have time to prepare that dish. How about putting on the menu that the dish takes time and not to order it after a certain time of day. The staff snatched up the plates when they saw we were done eating. The food was relatively tasty, I had pork fried rice but it was rather bland because I am used to eating it at a Chinese restaurant not a Vietnamese restaurant and presumed the Vietnamese cooked it differently. We wanted to share dishes and I had to ask the staff times for small plates. I realize we came late because the restaurant closes at PM but the staff did not have to act so nasty and unbecoming towards us. Why their rating is so high I don't know; a lot of people were ordering to go and maybe they are the ones giving the restaurant that rating. Maybe the people who picked up their meals experienced the same negative attitudes when they wanted to eat in and decided that it would be better to pick up the food to go. I would never go there and sit down to eat again because I don't like nasty and sarcastic people anyway and Pho was not a Winner for me.
Yummy Pho! Good sized! You must also try the fried rice with grilled chicken. It's awesome! Please Please get DELIVERY!!! I would use you all a lot more if you had delivery. Also consider staying open one more hour later!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The server was very dry with us and never brought us lemons for our waters. Both the waiter and the person ringing up the customers at the front desk stayed on their cellphones the entire time. I will never come here again.

My buddy brought me here for a light lunch and it was great. Now to find a really good Pho in the Asian District in OKC.
