Apparently they subcontract with doordash. We never received our order. When we called, “That’s doordash’s problem, not ours” is the response we got. No offers to give us our food if we come to the restaurant, etc. Panda Exoress is who took our money. They should make sure we get our food.

I really don't know what's going on with this specific location. I wish they were better because I have to drive further if I want to eat at Panda Express because this one is so disgusting.

And that the sides would not b... read more This place says they are open at 1030 hours today. When I attempted to make an order, the staff member States they have no sides. And that the sides would not be cooked for another 15 minutes. I said that's fine and I will wait. As other customers came in staff member stated it would take 30 minutes. I see that the team leader is cooking main dishes but no sides are being cooked. I don't understand how our franchise is not prepared to provide services. I observe more customers coming and walked out because there were no sides.

This location closes at 9:30 pm and is near home b... read more I want to start by saying I love Panda Express but this location never has all of its food options available. This location closes at 9:30 pm and is near home but by 7:30pm to 8:00 pm they must run out of food to cook or start shut down activities early because routinely at this time they are out of string bean chicken, Kung Poa chicken, and mushroom chicken. All they seem to cook is broccoli and beef or orange chicken. This evening I was looking forward to Kung poa chicken and my wife wanted string bean chicken. We drove through the drive through but both were out and they told use they could or were not making any more, I can’t recall which it was. So we compromised and asked for the mushroom chicken. Again they were out and weren’t making more. So we ordered orange chicken and beef and broccoli, which are by far not our favorites but were hungry and got it anyways. This has been my experience the last few times I’ve been here. Not sure I will be back to this location.

Th... read more The sheer incompetence, honestly. ALWAYS FORGETTING THING OR GIVING YOU SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU ORDER. Ordered a drink, didn’t receive it. This happened 4 times in a row at this point. Also i ordered an egg roll, was given something competently different. Didn’t notice until i got to work.Terrible place to order food, how do you mess up this bad?
