I haven 't been back to Norman in 5 years, and I couldn 't WAIT (got two extras to take home even). They were ready when I arrived, I paid, left, drove 45 mins back to the city. I should have checked my food, I recognize that bc when I arrived, every single corndog was burnt in look, smell, and taste. It is 1am at this point, and I have to be at the airport at 4am. I called to explain the situation, and I offered to send a pic of the items for a refund. The manager said they would refund me or remake my order. They wanted to make it right for me ONLY if I drove back to give them the order in person. I explained I had to be at the airport in 3 hours and that was not an option. Furthermore, the bottom line is whoever packed this order KNEW they were burnt, and sent it out anyway. It should not be my responsibility to drive back and prove it. Either way, they said it was company policy and told me there was nothing to be done. I am in the industry, and I am appauled at how the situation was handled. From customer service to food quality, bad all around.

Again I can’t compliment the staff here enough. Prices are very reasonable. Yes it gets busy on game days and takes some time but it’s completely worth the wait.

Their ch... read more Used to love this place, but under the new ownership it’s gotten horrible. Never had fries this disgusting. Full of oil. Brown, double fried old fries. Their chips and queso was horrible. The hot dogs tasted okay but they used to be much bigger and much better. Gave the new ownership two chances and the food overall was awful both times.
