After avoiding this restaurant for a year due to poor service, we decided to give it another chance last week for their delicious Chicken sandwich. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvement in service with new employees. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was well-prepared, fresh, and hot. We are happy to add KFC back to our list of preferred fast food options. Thank you, KFC!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered from this place with Uber and there was a whole hair in my food. I am so disgusted right now. Hairnets are a priority as I have worked in the food industry before. This is completely unacceptable and repulsive. I called and the "manager" I spoke with said they all wear hats. Hats do not contain hair, it's hairnets! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted right now. I have attached a photo for proof. By the way, I am blonde. Do better, KFC!
Has online order, got a digital deal eimer combo, added a few pages of mac and cheese. eating was exactly what I expected. boiled properly, and ready earlier than the website said it would be.
Had a mobile job, but had to use the drive-thru when the lobby was closed. long series of cars. the ordered meals, but had little serious with the kartoffels. they must keep the koleslaw separated from the hot food.
EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW I had the worst KFC experience in my life from the food from the employees and the manager this is absolutely unacceptabl I went to KFC Friday and ordered the original recipe family meal and she said that there was none ready to wait 30 minutes I waited my 30 minutes came back and she had my chicken and it was not the original recipe that I was used to it was crispy KFC regional recipe is a softer brand of chicken I also came there a couple of weeks ago in the chicken was crispy also and the gentleman told me that sometimes they have to tweak the fryer sometimes it comes out right and sometimes it doesn't back to my Friday episode when she gave me my fresh chicken she also told me that sometimes at 9:00 p.m. that they may drop the chicken in the open fryer instead of the pressure cooker this is unacceptable because there is no place in the world that you can get original recipe I can go to Popeyes and get crispy chicken I can go to churches and get crispy chicken I can make crispy chicken at home but the reason why I go to Kentucky fried Chicken is because of the original recipe not duplicated anywhere in the world I went to the manager after I went back home they gave me white meat I told them I wanted dark meat she SAID well give the white meat to your dog first of all I don't have a dog second of all she only gave me chicken and did not replace my sides so I'm supposed to take eight pieces of chicken home and eat with no biscuit mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese which is what I originally ordered the manager is supposed to enhance the customer experience especially if the product is not what you pay for I said well I'll just take my money back she said I can only refund you for the chicken because the sides was not messed up as a manager that is not right also she said you don't have to come back to this KFC ever. $25 that I spent versus the 2000 or 3000 occupant over the last 5 years and with gasoline being the highest in US history I had to drive back up there three times and still was unsatisfied I want the manager to be disciplined I want the cooking equipment to be inspected and make sure that this store upholds the KFC logo which is excellent chicken I will never go to KFC ever again my friends will never go to KFC my family will never go to KFC and I will get on Facebook Twitter Instagram and tell other people not to go to KFC
