During my meal, I observed the following things: Almost all the server... read more I came here this morning and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted promptly and friendly. During my meal, I observed the following things: Almost all the servers were greeting people who had come in, not just the ones up front. A couple servers helped a handicapped woman get situated at her table, helped her order, (she had speaking issues), placed her napkin in her lap, etc. With permission, two of the servers "photobombed" a family's picture who were celebrating one of their children's birthdays, (he turned 3). They were all genuinely friendly and very personable. The teamwork that I observed was outstanding and I honestly have never been so impressed by service and friendliness anywhere. Odd to find at an IHOP, but wonderful, nonetheless. The food was good too. The onions in my crepe were a little burned but it didn't matter all that much to me.

Sometimes good food, sometimes good service. Seldom do they occur together. I think this may be due to staffing so perhaps a bit of consistency is in order somewhere up the food chain. To their credit they are open when they say they will be. The food is not really bad as much as you may get differing outcomes at times.

She... read more Food is good, but its a chain, but still very good for a chain restaurant! My mom loves it, so I go for her. I got the tres leches pancakes they are delish! She always gets her eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast always loves it. The coffee they give in their little pitchers was only warm, but they replaced it with a hot pitcher quickly! Its great they seeve coffee like that, in a pitcher, so you can refill as you wish. The service was great too, our server was very attentive kind. Loved it today!
