We both had chicken burritos with Hatch green chile sauce -- just INSANELY yummy. The salsa we started the meal with was a truly "fresca" salsa -- lots of lime. Very tangy. Exceptionally good. Chuy's keeps late hours, too -- at least by Okie standards. (They close at ten p.m. -- and that was PERFECT for us last night, as we loathe the idea of being "those guys" who show up at five until nine when a place closes down at nine p.m., ya know? Such a stupid thing to do. Seriously.) Five stars for Chuy's?  Easily. Absolutely. We're looking forward to our next visit already!

We asked the waiter, Tyler, about it and he said that the degree of spiciness in those dishes depends on who is making them. The service was good, but I don't feel like gambling as to whether I can eat my food or not depending on who's cooking. I won't choose to eat here again.
