There was a brief moment when they had to shut down the system to reset the games, but it only took a minute. The staff was incredibly patient with the kids during the prize exchange. My daughter used up all her tickets, while my son saved most of his. Overall, we’ll definitely be back in the future!

I've encountered this issue at every Chuck E. Cheese I've visited. I believe it's more of a corporate-level problem rather than something specific to the individual locations. I also wish they would introduce new games, as my son and I have been playing the same ones for years. That said, it’s still a nice place for kids to have some fun. My son was thrilled to see Chuck E. Cheese again after the downtime during COVID. Overall, we consistently have a good experience here.

The restaurant was very clean, and the food was tasty. At one point, they had to restart the game system, but it only took a minute. The staff were very patient with the kids at the prize counter. Cheese, ordering food and redeeming tickets are usually managed by a single employee, so there’s often a bit of a wait for service. I’ve encountered this issue at every location I’ve visited, which seems to be more of a corporate problem than the individual stores. I also wish they would update their game selection, as my son and I have been playing the same games for years. Aside from that, it’s a decent spot for kids to have some fun. My son was really happy to see Chuck E. Cheese himself brought back, especially since they had removed him during COVID. Overall, we always have a pleasant experience here.
