No, no, no, no, no, no, no. they should close and only open after the menu. I was warned, but not heard. I'm sorry if this is hard, but I spent a lot of money for not an item to taste delicious.
A great experience. I ordered eating of chinese express online and called them to wait after 2 hours. I confirm the order that I sent online and was informed that they will run slowly and will be delivered in an hour. after waiting for delivery for another 1 1/2 hours I called them again. Unfortunately, the language barrier between the employee I spoke to on the phone led to the employee screaming at me. as answer, I politely asked that my order be cancelled and then the employee hanged on me this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I ever had with a business. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Not Good. I really need to quit believing the ratings. This is the first time I visited this restaurant. The ratings looked good and it was on my way home. My first clue was all the empty parking spaces. My second clue was how shabby the place was. My third clue was the lady lounging in a lounge chair behind the counter. Then when she took my order and went back into the kitchen, I never heard anything cooking, at all. I thought I heard a refrigerator close, that was it. Obviously the food was heated somehow but now I wonder if it was microwaved? The egg roll tastes old. The crab ragoon has an old tough quality to it. The broccoli on the entree appears to be old also. Won't go back.
I've tried them all around Norman and there isn't Crab Rangoon with a better quality than these lovely people. I see a lot of reviews about the customer service and I have never had a problem. You can call and order whatever mash up of Chinese food and it is hot and worth burning your lip over. As far as having anyone read my order back to me in perfect English?.. I have better things to do with my time and you should too, order in confidence and stop pestering the unfortunate lady that gets stuck taking our insipid calls! Thank goodness they haven't gone out of business over the internet fuss, because I'd have to make it myself. No one else will ever do!
Don’t let the triggered liberals fool you, this place is great. Who would have thought dealing with Norman hipsters would make you pretend to not know english. Well we know why, but let me just say the food is great for the price. 10/10 would stuff my face again. Just kidding; I already did.
