I am constantly amazed how efficient and courteous the employees are. I was going thru the drive-thru yesterday about 11:40 I counted 6 or 7 employees outside taking orders getting the cars thru very fast. Every employee I encountered were very friendly, re-capped my order, thanked me for coming in, followed up with “have a great day”. It’s not just this Chick-fil-a, but EVERY Chick-fil-a. What Weldon Champlin doesn't like about Chick-fil-A:
Had to wait over 20 minutes in Drive thru. There's no staff today so understandable. However, food tasted a day old, super greasy. Ordered a parfait and literally had to throw it away. I was afraid to get ill from the strawberries. What is going on today??? Not the usual service I'm used to. And one of the worst I've ever had. Would you eat brown strawberries? View all feedback.
Beautiful place and friendly staff. delicious chicken soup with jalapeño
Although they always have a long line, it moves fast and their eating is always fresh hot when it is served. the personal is friendly and the restaurant is clean inside and outside. my favorites are her chicken sandwich with speck and cheese and her chicken bites. Do not forget to taste the variety of incubating sauces!
The meals are fresh, love the staff, the place is clean and well maintained
Jaxon is a 10/10 employee! Thank you for being kind and sympathetic whenever I had an unfortunate experience with an a**hole driver in the drive through. I really appreciate your kindness, Jaxon. I realize that Chick-fil-A is not in big need of a review, but I just want to say what an incredible job they are doing in the drive thru They have somehow managed to find a crew of fantastic people who, under a lot of pressure, keep their professionalism and a smile on their faces. Their kitchen crew is amazing to be able to keep up with the demand! It is also very nice that they close on Sunday to give all of their workers the day off to enjoy church, friends, family, or any other things they enjoy!
