Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Norman

The food was great. Steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table, although the restaurant was mostly empty. Hostess seemed to be harassed by our presence. Waitress and waitress were really nice, but not very attentive. Wait till we finished our dinner to bring out the steak sauce we wanted. And the food was really slow to get out.

Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for a table due to the holiday policy there, although we missed only one person from our group who was too late. There, where many tables are round and available and the manager and the two hosts, where extremely rude. I feel that this policy could be useful for busy nights, but it was a dead Wednesday night and work in the restaurant industry if you can make the costumer happy, then do it. My family loves this restaurant and we will not come back here again after we spent more than $1000 in this place before.

To eat one of my favorite food spots you could get in any restaurant, but with high-quality ingredients and a flair along with good friendly service. I go to court is the chicken pot pee, the LOADS from chicken in it has not like some places.

I ate there yesterday with my friends and was shocked how this older host treated the younger host. Ordering them like a dog and illuminates them in front of customers. The younger host could not have been, but 16 or 17 and the older host could have been their grandmother. She was great with us, but this poor child. If that was my daughter, that lady wouldn't have a job. Hey, Norman Chedders! Treat your employees better! Great food!

I'm so glad I chose to celebrate my 21st birthday at Cheddar's. The food was amazing and the Painkiller was the best drink I've had so far! I highly recommend it! My boyfriend and I signed up for the rewards program a few days before dining in and we received a free chips and queso appetizer. Also I can't take my mind off of those free honey butter croissants. So yummy!!!
