Ok it is arby's, i love their food. it's pricey but what isn't anymore. but this review isn't about the food. i went in to order a a to go order yesterday, i mo... read more Ok it is arby's, i love their food. it's pricey but what isn't anymore. but this review isn't about the food. i went in to order a a to go order yesterday, i motorcycle so i don't like going in the drive thru. i went in and ordered my food. it was about 96outside with a heat index of 100 or so. what got me was that after i put my order in i was offered water to drink while i waitedfor my food. now to most people that won't mean anything. but when it is that hot outside just offering water to some one isvery nice. most places i bet wouldn't do that. thank you arby's.

Got three meals, food was old, gross, cold, soggy, and the fries weren 't even cooked fully and we 're cold and soggy too. Even the drinks were flat with barely any carbonation. Had to go back in to get sauces we asked for, then the ladyargued she had put some in the bag, she had put exactly none as we checked. Arby 's contacts me to make it right after I tooktheir survey. They offer to send me coupons to make up for the meals. That was over 2 months ago and I 've gotten nothing, sotheir corporate is as garbage as their store employees and food.

I also... read more I went to Arby's on Main St. Tonight and I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch on a Sub Roll. They got the Sub Bread part correct but it had No Bacon or Ranch. I also asked for it with Swiss and to be Hot. It has American Cheese and it's Cold! I don't think theycould have messed it up any worse if they Tried!!

However, what stood out to me the most was the gesture of offering me a glass of water while I waited for my to-go order. It was a hot day, and this small act of kindness was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Arby's, for going above and beyond for your customers.
