On three different occasions, I have experienced long wait times in the drive-thru, received incorrect food orders, and felt disrespected by the staff member taking my order. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but being friendly can go a long way.

The owners really need to invest... read more This McDonald's in Bloomington/Normal is definitely the worst I've ever been to. It seems like no one knows what they're doing. The owners really need to invest in better training for their staff. If I could give it fewer stars, I would. I definitely won't be returning to this location.
