There aren't too many bakeries in Norway, so we have great expectations when we visit one. A bit of a disappointment... the 100% whole grain bread was rather spongy, so I'm glad I didn't go for the 80 or 60%. The bakery announces it is also a Konditori, but the pastries are made with a rather heavy dough, so they fall heavy on tje stomach. The personnel is friendly though...
Awesome location. I was traveling from Odda to Oslo and am from the United States. The gluten-free bakery items in the US are just okay, but here in Norway, they are phenomenal! It seems like all places have them here, which is great. There are plenty of good options at this restaurant and the service was excellent. The almond bar and cinnamon pie were delicious. Check out the picture! I highly recommend this place.
