On Friday night through the ride thu. The staff was very friendly and sweet. I quickly ordered and could simply use the app rewards here. Drive thru was very fast and my whole food was right, including the right sauces were given. All the girls in the first and second windows were very sweet and attentive. Thank you. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Wait a long time. Every time. They take their sweet time to work here. The last few times I came, there is always a long line with just one car at the window at a time while the next car is waiting to order speaker. Is there any superiors? If they are, someone has to make sure they are better than that! No other Wendy! View all feedback.
This location has the most unprofessional and discourteous staff I've ever encountered. The food was poorly packaged, and it seemed like no care was taken in preparing my order. Perhaps some of the employees should focus on their own health and wellness – it might improve their attitudes! This was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Food rating: 1/5.
The order board at the counter was broken and kept falling over while I was trying to place my order. I didn’t receive a receipt initially, and when I asked for it, it took quite a while to get one. The wait was far too long, and the young staff members were more interested in goofing around and high-fiving each other than serving customers. There were three other customers also waiting for assistance, and it felt like the staff didn’t care at all.
I travel frequently and have been to many Wendy's locations, but my experience at this one was the best overall. The store was impeccably clean, which really stood out to me. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious! Great job, everyone! Thank you! Food: 5/5
Absolutely horrible, placed an online order through the drive through just to be told that I needed to come inside. Cause I was holding up a line that was empty. Was thrown my food and when I got home, one of my burgers were wrong. I got the burbon bacon cheeseburger double patty and it looks like this. It’s cold and disgusting. I spent $50 on disgusting food. Won’t go back ever
This Wendy’s stole money from my husband and I. We were told to use a certain kiosk and then the machine froze. The kiosk did charge us $15.73, and then didn’t send the order to their screens or give a receipt. We were told by management they weren’t giving us our food since there wasn’t a receipt or an order on screen. Even after showing the charge on our bank statements. After reaching out to corporate and the franchise owners and receiving no response, we will not go to Wendy’s ever again. As someone who has been a fast food general manager, I would never do this to a customer. I have had technology issues many times, always gave the customer their order with an apology for the technology issues. Do better Wendy’s.
