Starbucks - Norfolk

This location clearly needs some improvements or retraining. The staff seems to forget that choosing to work in this field means serving the public. While I understand that people have their struggles, it’s essential to maintain a friendly demeanor. A simple smile can make a significant difference in customer service. I think I'll hold off visiting this location again until the others reopen, as I've had enough of this experience.

The service was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend going inside, as they seem to focus on serving the 8 or 9 cars in front of me first, and then they got my order wrong. I waited for 22 minutes just to receive an iced coffee, which is pretty unacceptable. When I finally got my drink, it was incorrect, and I didn't have enough time to ask them to fix it, so I ended up leaving and heading to Dunkin' instead. Overall food rating: 3/5.

The service was unsatisfactory; they had a disagreement with me over adding sugar to my coffee, despite the fact that I had paid for it. I recommend choosing a different place, ideally a Starbucks instead. Service rating: 1/5.

The staff maintains a positive attitude while moving efficiently during demanding hours. I really appreciated the way Jamie called out updates regarding whose order she is actively working on to keep the customers informed and ready to grab their drinks. Thank you all!!
