The staff at this restaurant is extremely enthusiastic and attentive. The facility is fantastic and cozy. Being directly connected to the lodge makes it very easy to grab a drink and a meal. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit if you're not familiar with it. View all feedback.
What Thalia Champlin doesn't like about Sandbar Grill At Divots:
Sandbar was pretty great at first, but the food quality sorta went down hill over the last couple months. The staff is really awesome, everyone is very welcoming and nice. The food however, have been either just okay or disappointing. We have tried a huge variety of their food options, like their sandwiches, pizzas, entrees, etc. I love their sweet potato fries and the honey bbq sauce. View all feedback.
My friends and I came to this restaurant for a girls' night out. There were only 4 of us in our group, and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which was okay. We asked if we could go to the brewery next door and come back, but the hostess said we would lose our spot. We decided to stay and have some drinks at the bar while we waited, but none of the bartenders even acknowledged us or made eye contact. After 20 minutes, we were finally seated at a table and given menus, with the hostess saying our server would be with us shortly. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, the server ignored us and went to serve a table of 2. Feeling ignored and disappointed, we decided to leave. As we walked out, the hostess seemed surprised that we were leaving and asked if anyone had helped us. We informed her that no one had, and left the restaurant. We were hoping for a nice night out, but unfortunately, we won't be returning to the SandBar. Our experience at El Mez was much better.

Tonight, a group of girls came to the restaurant. There were only four of us. We had to wait for 20 minutes, but that was okay. We asked if we could go to the brewery and come back, but the hostess said we would lose our spot. So we decided to stay and have some drinks at the bar while we waited. Unfortunately, none of the bartenders even acknowledged us or made eye contact. After another 20 minutes, we were seated at a table and given menus. The hostess said our server would be with us soon. After about 10 minutes of looking at the menu, a couple was seated next to us. Fifteen minutes passed and our server ignored us, choosing to serve the couple instead. Feeling neglected, we decided to leave. The hostess seemed surprised that we were leaving and asked if anyone had helped us. We left sober, polite, and disappointed, and will not be returning to the SandBar. Thank you to El Mez for a better experience.
The worst prime rib I have ever experienced in my life time! Full of excuses for management for why it was bad and nothing to remedy the situation!!
Great lime Margaritas! Not a pour-out-of-the-bottle already made drink. Worth stopping for a visit.
