I was in a rush with a large order,... read more I had an incredibly fast experience during lunch hour. The drive-thru attendant was not only friendly but also very helpful. I was in a rush with a large order, but they handled it exceptionally well. Everything was perfect, and they remembered all the extras like napkins and sauces. I really wish the KFC locations near me could provide such an excellent experience!

The delivery time kep... read more I never received my order through Uber Eats because the restaurant apparently closed early and didn’t bother updating their online status. The delivery time kept getting pushed back, probably because drivers arrived at a closed store and abandoned the orders. I wasted an hour waiting before I finally canceled it, and then I had to waste more time getting a refund. I called the corporate office to voice my complaint, as this situation was ridiculous, but no one even took the time to call me back and apologize. This location and, it seems, KFC in general have really declined. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

They also forgot sev... read more I visited the drive-thru and spent almost $40, but none of my food was hot; it seemed like everything had been sitting out for a long time. They also forgot several items from my order and got it wrong overall. When I got home and tried to check my bag, I discovered the mistakes and attempted to call them. Unfortunately, the line was busy from 8:30 PM until closing, making it impossible to get through. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Shame on you, KFC on Sewell's Point Road.

During that... read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order and ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for nearly 30 minutes before I decided to leave. During that time, only one of the three cars in front of me had completed their payment, received their food, and driven away. I'm not sure if there's just one person handling both the drive-thru and food preparation, or if they simply don't care about providing quick service. If this had only happened once, I might have let it go, but this is the second time I've visited this location and experienced an exceptionally long wait in the drive-thru. Corporate really needs to investigate why the service at this location takes so long.

We’ve switched to Bojangles, and their chicken is far superior. Even the leftovers reheat nicely. I’ve officially "divorced" KFC, so to speak.
