One day they were completely out of chicken, another day they were incredibly slow, which turns out is just their usual pace. They've messed up my order multiple times, and tonight I waited an hour and a half for my food through DoorDash. It wasn’t a DoorDash issue! KFC delayed my order until they closed for the night! JUST CLOSE THIS KFC!

I know it's not Doordash's fault because I ordered on 3 separate days. All of which were canceled.Either the closing time needs to be updated or employees are NOT doing their job. If it continues to happen, I may or may not look into what the FDA or courts can do.

I was in a rush with a large order,... read more I had an incredibly fast experience during lunch hour. The drive-thru attendant was not only friendly but also very helpful. I was in a rush with a large order, but they handled it exceptionally well. Everything was perfect, and they remembered all the extras like napkins and sauces. I really wish the KFC locations near me could provide such an excellent experience!

The delivery time kep... read more I never received my order through Uber Eats because the restaurant apparently closed early and didn’t bother updating their online status. The delivery time kept getting pushed back, probably because drivers arrived at a closed store and abandoned the orders. I wasted an hour waiting before I finally canceled it, and then I had to waste more time getting a refund. I called the corporate office to voice my complaint, as this situation was ridiculous, but no one even took the time to call me back and apologize. This location and, it seems, KFC in general have really declined. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
