An employee named Faith completely ignored me when I approached the counter and didn't acknowledge my presence for a full six minutes. I understand that it can get busy, but that’s still not an acceptable excuse for such poor service. I work in the service industry myself, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I even recorded the ridiculousness of it all, and the time stamp shows I waited for 4 minutes and 55 seconds (not counting the additional minute I spent realizing she was refusing to take my order). I will never walk into this establishment again. What a disappointment!

Instead, they te... read more The staff at this restaurant is rather rude. When ordering through the drive-thru, they frequently fail to listen to what customers are saying. Instead, they tend to make assumptions about the order and can become defensive if you try to correct them. Enhancing their listening skills would significantly improve the overall experience at this location.

However, I do like that it’s always very clean and generally quiet, which makes it a pleasant place for a quick, peaceful meal every now and then.

The drive-thru attendant was efficient and polite, which is not something you see every day. My experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return to this location.

I was disappointed to find that the biscuits and gravy no longer contain any sausage. However, I do recommend trying the platters with eggs and bacon, as they are freshly prepared!
