The service at this restaurant is usually fine. I visit occasionally and enjoy their apple pies. Today I tried the chicken sandwich, and while I was a bit disappointed that they no longer serve the spicy chicken sandwich, the sandwich itself was decent. The fries were also hot and tasty. On November 28, 2023, I tried the biscuits at this restaurant and found them to be quite peculiar in shape. Despite their unusual appearance, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit as well as a ham biscuit. Both sandwiches tasted delicious.

The management at this restaurant was very rude. When I noticed that my order was incorrect and returned it, they threw my correct food into the old bag as if I had done something wrong. I will not be returning. Additionally, there were a lot of panhandlers hanging around near the entrance.
My bread on my Egg and Sausage biscuit was super doughy and very nasty. If there any shift Manager reading this please get your staff the proper training on making biscuits please.
I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo with the orange juice qnd two cinnamon raisin biscuits. Why did the chick working at the counter tell the cook to put extra icing on my cinnamon raisin biscuits??? I NEVER ASKED FOR EXTRA ICING.
