Hardee's - Norfolk

Do not like that they do not wear masks while you have prepared your food, the money stirs and gets your food, don't change your gloves.

Food's fast and reasonable. I just feel bad for the workers.

This place has gone to hell. Ordered a Biscuit and Gravy and it was horrible. Gravy was like glue and they have no knife/fork to cut and eat with. Haven't had proper utensils in two weeks. Also, didn't have cold cups for my beverage and gave me a large coffee cup which is smaller than the cold beverage cup. The dining room was filthy dirty and full of homeless people taking up tables customers could use. Staff isn't pleasant either. Won't come back. This 1 star should be a minus 1 star!.

The lobby was not cleaned properly but it was open to the public. The floors and common areas looked unkept. The workers were not friendly or attentive. They lack communication skills and their ability to manage multiple orders via lobby, drive thru, food delivery orders was not orderly. My meal was fresh, hot, and tasty. But because of the lack of professionalism present with the staff, I give it 3 stars.

Ordered food, hot and quick…But I ordered 2 dipping sauces 3 different times…Still did not receive them…. Hardee’s always has an issue with this… ask ask for it, willing to pay for it, still can’t ever get any dipping sauce from Hardee’s, unless you order tenders then they give you one sauce)…..
