The food is great in my opinion. I go to ODU and pick of food from here every so often. It is cheaper than eating on campus and I keep a menu in my car and it is always ready when I get there. I do recommend. View all feedback.
What Gray Alexandra doesn't like about Golden City:
Ordered shrimp and house lo mein, both extremely dry with no flavor. Seems like they cooked the shrimp seperate bc it also has no flavor at all. Beef/shrimp fry. Hardly have any meat in each lo mein. Shrimp rolls only had 3 shrimp stingy and they were so large in girth but short in length that the vegetables were uncooked. View all feedback.
Quick, efficient and the food tasted great! It was seasoned well and all of the vegetables were cooked so that you could taste them but was soft enough they just melt in your mouth. I like this location better than any other one than I have been to.

Decent food even though the building looks rough. They don 't pay attention to website orders, I 've had at least four just never get filled, and when you call to place an order the woman who answers is a little abrupt. Jblaque Jones seems to think she doesn 't like 'melanated people ' but I assure you she talks like that to everyone.
I have been missing an old school tasting Chinese shrimp fried rice. Low and behold I found my place! The fried rice here is the perfect mix of veggies and onion which is a must have. Many of the “newer” Chinese restaurants serve steamed rice vs fried which I don’t prefer. Take a moment to enjoy the beef lumpia while you’re at it. Delish!
This place has awesome food but what i didn't like was the delivery driver smoking weed outside and all i could think is when that persons food gets to the destination its going to be stinking so i would recommend they hire someone more professional
