Cook Out - Norfolk

It?s been about 5 or 6 months since I?ve been here, so I stopped by today to grab lunch. I ordered a tray with the 1/4 burger, fries and white cheddar cheese bits. This is what I have ordered in the past. However today the burger didn?t even fill the bun and apparently a ?side? of cheese bits is only 4. I was very disappointed.

Good enough food for the low price. Employees kept a good attitude even while super busy after an odu game. Taking 1 star off just because the menu is super hard to figure out the first time you go

So normally this place is pretty good but something happened and I gotta say something about it. We get in line and there's this huge delay, so after being stuck in line we order (several times) and as soon as the cashier opens the left window we hear this guy, who was Caucasian and wearing a black shirt, ranting and cursing about how he was going to delay the line on purpose because a lady was rude to him or something. I would've gotten home around 11:05pm, but instead I'm back at 12:02 am. And just to top it all off, the burger's wrong

The cheeseburger with chili and cole slaw is delicious. The service was very good, a little wait, but that was made easy by the friendly and the competent staff. I was surprised at how busy they were and how professional they maintained. It makes sense that there be a wait when you get fresh hot food served correctly and great tasting. I would definitely recommend this Cook Out restaurant.

Whole order WRONG! Ordered a double cheeseburger received a chicken sandwich, ordered ranch chicken wrap received hush puppies?! Like really?
