The pork shoulder was incredibly tender and paired wonderfully with the Brussels sprouts. If you’re a craft beer lover, you’ll appreciate their extensive selection of rare brews, especially with Prairie currently taking center stage. This is a place you don’t want to miss; the menu changes frequently, so be sure to return to experience Ian’s fantastic creations!
The crab cakes I had were exceptional—pure meat with no filler, and the vegetables underneath added fantastic flavor. I really appreciated the atmosphere of the place, and our waitress was very pleasant, providing excellent service throughout the meal and drinks!
If you love chicken liver, you're in for a treat! Hock's chicken liver tart topped with a pistachio crust and Riesling gelée is absolutely sensational.
Probably the best dinner I've had in a while! Food was perfect tasting and perfect looking. Lindsay was super friendly as well.
This was one of the best meals we have had in ages...loved it so much we went back twice in 3 days! Love the fresh presentation, amazing veggie options and the pasta was perfection. Actually everything was...can’t wait to go back!
