I order door dash or pick up..I've been pretty pleased with it all..I haven't been disappointed neither time. in fact I'm coming right now..so I can have some for the graveyard shift I work..I just had some yesterday and the employee at window said come back tomorrow for a single meal with coupon Welp..you know where I'm going View all feedback.

This is a terrible establishment. They do NOT give refunds for orders they mess up that's paid for through their restaurant website. I had one email from the Area Director named Bernice Hammond asking for copy of my receipt and I have heard nothing from her, even after I sent to follow up emails. I ordered online from ActiveMenus. The food was perfect: tasty with sizeable portions and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff member was very personable and pleasant to deal with.
Not to many around and this is a good one even with the weather. I'm glad me and my wife stopped in. Once I found the location, I immediately let her know and was very excited. Wish they had the full menu available but still a great experience.
My order was right, hot and the Rotisserie chicken was juicy tender! Loved the grain bread!!
No dessert options. No soup. Slim selection on sides. Creamed spinach was awful (used to be my favorite). The ribs were AMAZING.
The quality of the meals are comparable to a frozen dinner purchased from a grocery store. It smells a bit like a school lunch given in a cafeteria. Teenagers seem to enjoy it but those that desire a well cooked meal or at least an authentic experience will not appreciate what this restaurant has to offer. I would definitely not recommend.
