I drove around the car that was before me, and there are more than 13 people in which they claim they are close. I didn't see anyone. sm

I asked for... read more We always come to this location, but the staff tonight were extremely rude. We always get the 20 piece family meal that has the tenders and chicken. I asked for the meal and sides of Mac cheese , coleslaw and fries. We received our stuff at the window and I pulled up to check the box since my order was messed up last time I came there but didn't feel like going back there since I didn't check last time and was already home. Well I opened the box and was missing fries, so I walked in and let the staff know I was missing fries, the lady argued with me telling me she knows she put fries in the box, but she didn't and kept going on and on and arguing with me. I spent almost $40 bucks and you are going to have the nerve to argue with me over a $2 fry you didn't put in my box. I said I would bring the box in or they could come look for themselves since she claimed she put it in there. So she gave me the fry but continued to give me an attitude, I let her know she was extremely rude and had a serious attitude. The older white gentleman whom was there working with the ear piece (possibly a manager) even told her to stop.. I'm super disappointed in the way I was treated tonight, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know.. but that was seriously uncalled for. Hopefully management can train these employees to be more respectful to customers.

The one of the help whic... read more This is the worst Bojangles I placed my order and the staff Is so unorganized and unprofessional the food Is undercooked and untastful. The one of the help which happened to be a women wanted fuss about what there store and shore drive had which wasnothing compared to there store. I called and had to bring my food back because it was undercooked. Walked out to retrieve mycard so the manager could refund me and they were having a side conversation about me. So disrespectful and it just rude. I wishI would've taken pictures. Shore drive is so much better and the food is fresh.

The cashier was friendly, the restaurant appeared clean, and the food was delivered quickly. I had their breakfast, and it was notmy favorite of biscuit sandwiches, but it was fine. The hash browns were good, but they were very greasy. I would visit againfor lunch or dinner based on the clean, fast, and friendly service.
