This was a decent place as a airport restaurant. I rarely eat at those types of places. It was fun, ordered right from my phone and got fries and a sprite. Both were good, and even made quick. Perfect one. View all feedback.
What Andy Jäger doesn't like about Back Bay Bistro:
Waited long for overcooked fish sandwich and over cooked potato chips.Bartender was pleasant and drinks were OK. It’s an airport location overall it was average to below average. View all feedback.
One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Juicy and they actually understand how to cook a patty medium unlike most burger joints, plus the bacon was good and
What a POS this place is. Came in and sat down and used the QR code to try to order. When trying to check out on the website, it said sorry unable to process order. Please see your server. Went up to state the problem and was told she would be with me in a moment to take my order. That never happened because she was too busy clearing empty tables, collecting quarters and bitching about how she had a rough night to everyone (including customers) around her. 20 minutes later, I left and just went to Starbucks. No one cares how your night went. I came to your stupid restaurant because you serve food. Nothing more, nothing less. How many 1-star reviews do you idiots need to change your customer service?
Had breakfast here. Not worth the $20 I paid for it. Omelet with Barry anything it and was about 2 by 2 . Unbuttoned toast and one jelly for four slices. Potatoes were cold. Coffee was Luke warm and no half and half- just Delight creamer. All in all- disappointed. You're just better off picking up a snack elsewhere.

Food was good but it's pricey. It's a cute environment for an airport bistro.
