Thru... read more The worst restaurant Arbys I have ever been to. I ordered 2 giant roast beef and received regular size and ordered curly fries and I did not receive them. Thru drive thur 8.25.22 at 2.01 pm. I used my app to show them coupon codes with barcodes and theydid not know how to use them. The manager came to the window and just applied the discount manually and said he doesn'tunderstand why they use the app because they didn't know how to use it.

The cashier seemed absolutely clueless on anything going on or where he was. The roast beef was cut thick instead of perfectly thin AS IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. Icouldn't finish it. Total waste of $10. Never going to this Arby's off Military Highway again.

Quick drive thru. They haven?t had inside dining for a while but looks like they are open inside again now. The brisket sandwich is back now which I love, but don?t get it here, the meat was dry and nearly as chewy as jerky. Curlyfries on the other hand were long curly and crisp and well seasoned. Regular arbys roast beef was generous. Window staff werefriendly and remembered the sauce and napkins.

We were only ones in restaurant so they weren't over run with customers. Several people walked in then when no one took orders they left. One man said he waitedso long for food he would never come back. They've lost us as customers too!

The lady at the register seemed to have an attitude. She definitely didn't wanna be there. Everyone was being nice too her. I wouldn't gothere again. I just don't trust em with my food! I ended up ordering doordash
