The staff was fast, very pleasant and eating was great! I was too busy and it was pretty busy, but everything was great!

It is very rare for me to leave a negative review as I believe that everyone makes mistakes from time to time. However, my recent visits to Pita Pit in Simcoe were extremely disappointing. Each visit seemed to be worse than the last, despite following their tips for ordering as a vegetarian. I noticed a lot of cross-contamination happening, even after I specifically asked the staff to change their gloves and avoid contact with meat. They continued to handle my food near meat and on the same grill, despite my requests for them to use a microwave instead. It was frustrating to see them rush through everything and ultimately contaminate my vegan meal. Being a vegetarian in this city is already challenging, and although Pita Pit used to be one of the few veg-friendly options, I will not be returning due to the lack of care taken in ensuring my food is prepared properly. The experience was extremely stressful and left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff.

We have regularly ordered from this simcoe location, but today was very disappointing. the pitas were understuffed where they are usually full. we called to complain and received no satisfaction. pita maker tried to tell me that the more they are. more filled they come. not true as I order the same toppings each time and normally it is chock full. the shipping costs are too much. it is a local delivery. very disappointing.
