we were in a big group of women on a weekday evening in the cen in a large group of women. The service was okay, some overwhelmed in places (I had as a starter a suppe and asked for a spoon of 2x), but otherwise very courtesy and nice. The eating was hot, tasty and well seasoned. we had all different foods and all were very satisfied. What Mareike Grimm doesn't like about ZEN la cuisine vietnamienne:
we have been here often in recent years and always very satisfied with eating, service and ambiente. during the last visit, however, we had to find that the cook and/or the operator must have changed. it began with the missing hot towels before eating and continued with the feeds. eating should be somehow asian, from Vietnamese was nothing to feel. a dish was tasteless, the other was only sharp. the dishes were each... We have been here more often and there has never been anything to put out, it was always very tasty and was brought quickly. the personal is very nice but sometimes, especially when it is full, a little slow. can recommend this locally without considering!

Eating is great, whether take away or inhouse ... very tasty. the ambiente is also ok, but the service is not the roar. extremely inattentive, then friendly, but not endeavored by itself. will be in future rather take away. the prizes are top!
Eating was good but we were given at 2 main meals for 2 people no more dishers only the pots in which the food was served. we had to eat from the lids of the peels as we were denied from the complete service teller. now we made it wrong according to personal. according to personal you have to preorder the teller beforehand at the managing director. honestly now? had me complained since it went next table and got this answer...After a fb entry and an email to the managing director we still haven't received any answer.FAZIT: if you want to share several dimes bring your own teller with you!
