Vapiano - Nordrhein-Westfalen

Eating is very tasty, unfortunately was very early lasagne empty and with the noodles we stood 40 minutes, so that my partner was going shortly before. the concept should be revised.

When ordering the main dish stood 2 pairs in front of us in the snake. we waited 35 minutes until we had eaten. when we paid, we addressed this and were only unfriendlyly pointed out that this evening was a lot going on.

I had spaghetti with a sauce bolognese. the sauce base was very good taste. the pasta were very thin (like capellini). But there is nothing to say, only I would like to know this before, because this sauce is not the ideal pasta. Probably this is a compromise that vapiano has entered in order to be able to cook the pasta in a correspondingly short time - before the eyes of the customer. precooked correct spaghetti would be the better choice, even if that would naturally cross the vapiano's experience concept for the customer. as superfluous, I personally felt that two cut cirschtomates were added to the sauce during preparation. this certainly underlines the freshness of vapiano (which you would like to make clear to the customer), but adds nothing to the quality of the basic sauce. Such a chichi may impress some customers in the preparation, but is completely unnecessary for the actual quality of the basic sauce (which was perfect).

Had a pizza diavolo; that tasted pretty bad. each TK pizza has a better taste. the single ingredients seemed to be of lower quality. the pizza was not sufficiently warm. in the price you can expect much more.

Beautifully offered with outside area. person is extremely friendly. in front of all chef hamri looked after us very well and cooked very delicious pasta we like to come back! also because the restaurant is perfectly located in the medienhafen.
