Restaurant Rodizio Royal

I do not consider this restaurant as rodizio. concept was different so we didn't choose that they could eat style we ordered tomahawk and it was perfectly cooked. thanks to the cook.

Okay, no more. good meat. delicious desserts. friendly and helpful staff. they were disgusting.

I often visited this type of restaurant and take rodizio. I have to say that this is between the average and the worst. meat wasn't delicious. beer and wein is a good and good price level. not again.

We went as a big group that is eating ok, the meat (main reason to go) is delicious, but we had a real mix of some meat perfectly cooked and some overdone. the service is however rather poor, not very friendly, no smile, eating thrown. on her teller. I would not probably go back and would not recommend it. there are much better places to go in this opposite.

I have been here for a meeting with work colleagues. We waited ages for our beverages, on several occasions they completely mixed it up or forget our order at all (or served another table). They also just stopped servicing us food to us (although other...tables were still serviced). The staff looked very stressed and confused. In the beginning it was even a bit funny getting forgotten yet another time, but it turned into frustration after it became a regularity. The food was okay. However, the service was unacceptable hence the very bad review. It was explained to us that this is all due to an unexpected number of customers. I don't appreciate that excuse. We reserved a table and I was expecting at least the same service as other tables around us.
