Ramen Soul - Nordrhein-Westfalen

I was in a ram shop last night and was thrilled with my food. The Ramen Bowl had an incredible Umami taste that knocked me right away. The handmade noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great consistency. The toppings served on the Ramen Bowl were also fantastic. The softly boiled egg that floats in the bowl was perfectly prepared and had a creamy, almost liquid egg yolk. The meat was tender and juicy and had a wonderful taste. Overall, I was very impressed by my meal at the Ramenladen. The ramen bowl had an amazing taste, the handmade noodles were perfectly prepared and the toppings were fantastic. I can't wait to go back to this store and try more of their dishes.

Food is okay but service is really bad. I went there for an occasion, and came back totally disappointed. Also Google reviews said “vegan”, but dishes are vegetarian not vegan. On top of it, they don’t accept card. At least, mention it beforehand and have it written somewhere. … I just saw their reply to my comment. And they have made similar comments to other people’s reviews too. Clearly shows how arrogant and rude they are something that’s evident in their interactions with customers at the restaurant too. Lol you are in the hospitality industry. At least, be a little hospitable!

The ramen was just a normal soup with noodles in it. No Asian ingredients, just onion, carrot, broccoli and the like. The broth didn't taste authentic as well. Overall dissappointing.
