Really delicious, authentic Ethiopian food. The ambience is on point and the food is unbeatable. Even during Corona times, they were able to offer us a great selection of different sauces. Staff were knowledgeable about veganism and of course lovely all round. Even moving their car outside so we could park in their spot as the parking situation here is notoriously bad. What Käte Wunderlich doesn't like about Okra:
For someone who had no idea about Ethiopian food options, this was an eye opener. Good meat varieties. Tad on the spicier side. Restaurant was a bit dim lit and may not work for a large group or parties. Also if you are a dosa...(Indian dish) fan and yearning for one (its hard to find in dusseldorf), you get a close enough dish here. Not a warm dish though. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Got something vegan on recommendation. It was delicious and interesting to eat with hands only.
No reservation with 10 people after a short waiting period. Very friendly and nice service. There are several vegan options everything was very delicious. It is very cozy in the restaurant. And it is very cheap

Really delicious, authentic Ethiopian cuisine. the ambiente is on point and eating is unbeatable. even during the Corona times they could offer us a great selection of different sauces. the personal was about veganism and naturally beautiful round. even if we move her car outside, so we can park in her place, because the parking situation here is not bad. we had a great time and have really enjoyed each other! if they are looking for a traditional Ethiopian meal in a beautiful environment, they are not looking further.
