Greentrees - Nordrhein-Westfalen

I've been following greentrees on Instagram for ages and was inspired by all the beautiful food arrangements online. I was so looking forward to trying their açaí bowls/coffees/snacks and drove all the way to DUS to indulge.. The shop is small but the clean design and interior suits the pure foods they're selling. However, the shop including the rest room was quite dirty overall. You can tell that they haven't renovated lately. We ordered two coffees with almond milk and an Acai bowl plus a bliss ball. It took ages! The coffee contained cow milk, the bliss ball was forgotten until I asked for it twice. However, I'm addicted to açaí bowls and have tried many of em around the world, so I'm kind of a pro and must say: it was delish. Loved their buckwheat "granola"!

Very fresh, yummy healthy salads with seeds, poke bowl, smoothies and juices. The healthy version, just like I'm used to from Australia. Loved this place!!! Wish there were more in every city I travel to to ensure healthy fresh green eating on my travels. Thank you! Great place!

The food is delicious, all very healthy and with fair prices. The Açai Bowls are amazing, as well as the smoothies. There are some small tables if you want to eat it right there but they also prepare it to take away.

Great selection of fresh smoothies and light food. Friendly service and not crazy expensive. A great alternative to a heavy meal on a hot day

Greentrees is a truly great place...the ambience is bright and friendly...the seating arrangement is at maximal efficiency given the modest size of the place...the dishes are prepared with such care and passion...the staff is really really friendly and comforting...it all seems very warm, comfy and full of soul here...this is not a place where the owner decides to jump on some food trend wave of health and then buys some consultant's unpersonalised and disastrously obvious concept in order to make a good business under a pretence of health...this is a place where the ownership really seems to care about offering good food and good service...in this sense Greentrees is perfect and I can only encourage the owners to get a second place too and to continue the way they have decided to interpret the smoothie culture...yes this is a place owned and run by individuals rather than by chain-professionals and hence of course not everything seems perfect there but the imperfections are far from being annoying...if anything they contribute to the charge of the place...so here are my suggestions to get to the full five stars: please make the juices even more refreshing by paying attention to the temperature, please offer a greater variety of food and don't forget that meat can also be part of a healthy breakfast, please categorize your selection of juices and smoothies into types and explain the respective benefits...please get yourself ready for more over the counter juice-take aways without disturbing the sur-place customership...Greentrees you are doing a great job...this is really worth pursuing further since if I saw your branches in anything city too I would go there anytime...well done
