I've been to Cafe Record a few times now. The coffee is ok and the location of the cafe itself is quite nice, however, each occasion I've been there, the owner is really rude or dismissive of me. Excellent coffee served with the perfect range of treats to accompany your coffee both sweet and savoury. A great place to start your day in Flingern or to take a break while exploring the neighbourhood.
