not easy to find vegan options in this area and if they do it, it is just one. had the sinceanbiff à la näs with fritten. only once before had (nyc) and that had a completely different texture. that was it. soft and sponge. hasn't tasted much, but with the red wine lap it was better than nothing. no salad or much greens to talk about it. Not easy to find vegan options in this area and if you do it, it's just one. Had the Seitanbiff à la Näs with Fritten. Only had before (NYC) and this had a completely different texture. That was... soft and sponge. It didn't taste much, but with the red grape sauce it was better than nothing. No salad or much green to talk about it. I had better and I had worse food. But at least this place has tried to do more than just buy a soy hot dog in the local supermarket to store in the freezer if a vegan stop is over.
The food was good and a big plus that they have three vegan options and not ‘only’ a vegan burger. The village around is super cute.
Skutskepparn offers a lot of good vegan meals, tofu, falafel and burger. they also serve vegan ice cream.
Not easy to find vegan food in this part of sweden. but 3 different options, and they had vegan ice cream when I was there.
