These were best pieces of a carving a... read more We stayed there after Christmas for lunch and had among other things 2x the Bauerpfanne, which should contain pork medals. These were best pieces of a carving and also quite firm, but still left. When questioning whether it tasted, I noticed that the meat was pretty firm. Only reaction was a smile. Something disappointing. I'm sorry, but that's gonna make our canteen better.

Turned out the brewery was closed Mondays, and I didn't want to pay €20+ for dinner on a weekday work trip. Turned out I was a stupid cheapskate.. Was served the most boring and tasteless fish dish, only saved by the plentyness on the plate. At least the beer was great!
