I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time since I live just a few blocks away, but I never found many pictures of the food online. I finally decided to visit after work one day, and I was not disappointed! The food was amazing, but it was a super quiet day, and I was the only customer there. I wish the staff had engaged with me more; the conversation felt a bit one-sided. Overall, the flavors were great, and... View all feedback.
One of the best places for traditional Vietnamese food. Layout is simple. Dishes are served to share between the people at the table. There is a stage for any party reservation. Their sweet and sour soup is the best, followed by their spicy fried tofus. They do accept reservation for party of 4 and up. Don't come during the holidays, the food won't be as good.
One of our family favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Has the best fried tofu...a must try item. Flavorful food and good service.
This is going to require some followup, but this may be one of the best places to eat in its genre. The curry chicken fried rice was astounding, and there are many amazing possibilities on their menu. Inconspicuous from the plaza outside, but inside is a beautiful room. Seems family run and community-oriented. Definitely intrigued.
We always go to Viễn Hương for birthdays or family gatherings. They have an extensive menu and the food is consistent good. They serve food family style and there's a family meal menu too (prix fixe style). Definitely try the salt and pepper tofu or the salt and pepper shrimp. They may not have the coziest atmosphere but their food is worth it.
While the restaurant’s location may seem a bit questionable, the interior is elegantly decorated, giving it a vibe reminiscent of a high-end event or party. The place is spacious with numerous tables featuring lazy Susans, making it perfect for communal or group meals. The menu is quite extensive, but there are also set family menus available based on the size of your group. I tried the salt and pepper chicken with black bean sauce and the eel pot, and the shrimp and chicken were delicious. However, I can't recommend the eel pot; while the presentation was appealing, the dish had a muddy, fishy flavor that was off-putting, overshadowing the seasonal ingredients. They also have live dancing on Friday nights, which adds to the lively atmosphere. The service was good, and I will definitely return to explore more dishes!
