That was my first experience in this restaurant. As a cook, I always pay attention to what eats. As residents of Eastvale and I often go through this restaurant, and is clean, beautiful environment, great service and professional management. What User doesn't like about Waba Grill:
The next Waba Grill in the area is the food you expect from others. A bit strange, because the workers change every week. And it looks like the franchise owners (an older couple) themselves work in the restaurant most of the time, but unfortunately it leads to very long waiting times with orders made wrong often. Jessie the manager would not honor our coupon. It's more than that. We pulled out the coupon, he saw the coupon on our phone and acknowledged it, when he made us use the scanner ourselves, the scanner beeped and he said it didn't work. We went back to look at our phone, and it said the coupon was already used. Obviously the coupon was taken. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the EASTVALE Waba!!
Management is trash. Won't honor coupons and deals that are promoted in the store. Food here is weak also. Go to the Eastvale location, not far and way better.
Was in here the evening of 4/18/22. Ordered 2 chicken bowls and some dumplings. Got home and my fiancé and I started eating. Half was through I got to a piece of chicken that was not cut properly. So when I picked it up with my fork an entire piece of chicken probably 5inches in length came up with it. To my surprise this whole piece of chicken was raw with a few grill marks on the outside. I called to see if I could bring it back for a refund. Gentleman on the phone was sweet but I was met at the store by the owner who tried to tell me that it was normal for their chicken to look raw on the inside. So I went to take a photo and before I could the owner got super aggressive and snatched the bowl away and whipped it into the trash can. I asked him why he did that and he said because I was going to take a photo of it. I asked him why did it matter that I took a photo if it was cooked. He went on to tell me how tired of customer he was because he's been filling in 5-6 days a week and that he didn't want to see me in his store again. I did not go here with I'll intent and I'm never one to complain about food but my stomach was turning and for a restaurant that specializes in such a minimal menu I wouldn't expect this to happen. Stay away for your own health and safety.
Always forget something in my order. I used to come here all the time but today is the last day. Do yourself a favor and go to the waba grill on Limeonite. Its about minutes away from this one, but at least they know how to serve a customer
Poor service Store: 2450 River Road #320, Norco CA 92860 Store did not honor deal from their Waba Club. Excuse was scanner did not work.
