The Derby Room Norco

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! My friend and I walked in and inquired about bar seating. The hostess simply pointed us to the general area and asked if we had a seat at the end. We were given a few menus, and then she proceeded to chat with her staff. We sat there for about 10 minutes, and despite the bartender looking directly at us twice, he never offered to take our order. Meanwhile, he was quick to serve the white couple sitting next to us. Once it became clear that the staff had no intention of acknowledging us, we decided to leave. To make matters worse, the same hostess, who never checked on us during our time there, went directly to another table with a couple—of course, they were another group that the bartender was eager to attend to. This is simply disgraceful!

It was a great experience! The staff was attentive, the food was delicious, and everything arrived on time. My ribeye was cooked to perfection, just the way I requested—medium! Each person at our table ordered something different, and everyone was satisfied with their meal. Well done, Derby Room! Thank you for a fantastic dining experience; we will definitely return!

I had lunch at a great place yesterday and I think Norco could use more restaurants like this one. The food was fantastic—I tried the Cali Sandwich, and it was just perfect. The staff were all friendly and attentive too. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

I love her Cob salad. It usually has turkey bites this time it had turkey lunch meat. O prefer the pieces, but was good. Atmosphere is good, service is good too?

The food service is great and the selection is very diverse! Every time I go here I try something new on the menu and I am not disappointed! The portions are large and you will not be disappointed!
