Ordered 3, 4 piece meals. When I got home there were only 2 peices of chicken in each meal. Mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy. For 50 bucks. Not much of a deal. Won't be going back.
Visited Norco Kentucky fried chicken; and they did not have any original chicken when they first opened . What the heck. They offered the crispy chicken and I told them if I wanted crispy chicken I would go to Popeyes. Who ever is the owner of thisstore you need to check on the opening staff. You should not open without the world famous original chicken.
We initially tried to order the original family meal, but were informed that only dark meat was available, so we opted for the extra crispy instead. The girl at the drive-thru window was quite rude and seemed annoyed when we asked for honey and butter. We checked our bag before leaving and noticed that our fries and the honey and butter were missing. I had to go inside to request the items that were left out. The lady at the counter was nice and apologized, but the girl at the drive-thru gave me a look as if I were crazy. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Next time, we'll choose Stater Bros. instead.
I understand that some parents may not have babysitters, but bringing children to work, especially leaving them unattended, is not appropriate. The manager really needs to take this situation seriously; it poses safety risks and reflects poorly on the establishment. I plan to file a complaint to ensure this does not continue to happen.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant while ordering food for my family. The place was quite dirty, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, which made the service very slow. I noticed two employees on the night shift who didn’t seem to be putting in much effort. I’ve also seen them using those popular capes (not sure what they are called) in the work area, which I found concerning. I’ve already filed a complaint with the health department. It’s clear that the manager needs to hire more dedicated workers, as the current staff doesn’t seem motivated. I’m surprised this place is still operating, given all the negative reviews from so many customers.
