As I was walking toward the door, the bag slipped out of my hand and spilled on the floor- completely my fault. They immediately came over and told me notto worry about it and replaced both sandwiches, free of charge. The sandwiches were still hot and delicious when we got home.They were friendly and warm, the place was clean and bright, and we were treated with warmth and respect by everyone there. Wehighly recommend and we'll be back! Thank you, Coffee and Norco!
