We had dinner here at this degusteria last evening. Poor dishes with mediocre taste. In the appetizer, the cold cuts were good but really poor compared to the bill we received. Nothing to say about friendliness but, in addition to being expensive, we woke up hungry, so it's not good, sorry

We stopped in this small restaurant located in the center of Norcia, with really good tagliolini alla norcina and grilled pork, both prices a little high... but good things cost money. I advise
