My favourite Italian place to go to! Absolutely loveeee the food!!

Long wait for food, but it was soooo worth it. Outstanding depth of flavors and very reasonably priced. Best Italian I’ve been to in Perth really. The chef has talent chili mussels and penne arribiatta were superb.

I am so hurt and utterly disgusted in how I was treated by the manager of this place. I ordered on Uber eats a spaghetti, steak, pizza bianca and chips and when my order came the chips and pizza bianca was missing, I rang and told the manager and he said it wasn’t on his iPad and I didn’t make the order, so I checked my receipt and seen that I in fact did order and pay for these items which he didn’t pack in the back for the driver. I rang back and he proceeded to tell me there is nothing he can do and these things happen so get over it. My mother in law then rang him back and said I have proof I paid for and ordered these items and then he said “oh now I see it on the iPad” then continues to say mistakes happen, oh well. Then continued to be rude and aggressive on the phone. I will never order from here again, I’m not usually one to do a bad review but everyone needs to know the type of disrespect that I received as a customer. This was not a system problem, the manager spoke to me disrespectfully and belittled me, and told me i was wrong and get over it. If it was a system issue he should have said this and spoken to me with the same curtesy i showed him. End of story.
